Mam paniyaram superb . Mam when we soak black chana in water same soaking water can be used to cook dal or we have to drain it. Please clarify it.
You have to drain it.Only for Rajma we keep with the cooked water while making gravy to get that dark red colour .White kabuli channa cooked can be used with water for masala.
